PROFESSIONAL
PROFILE OF JAMES W. AVERY, ATTORNEY AT LAW
The founder and principal trial
lawyer of Avery Law Firm, James W. “Jim” Avery, has handled some of the largest
and most complex cases in the areas of personal injury, insurance bad faith,
legal malpractice, medical malpractice, product liability and commodities fraud
litigation, with amazing results.
Perhaps because of such results, and demonstrated talent in the
courtroom, Jim Avery has been named a Super Lawyer in 2006, 2007 and 2008. This is the most recent of many outstanding
lawyer and leadership awards which he has received. For instance, Jim Avery was named one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in 2007 by The American Trial
Lawyers Association. In 2008, Jim Avery
was invited into Fellowship of The Litigation Counsel of America, a trial lawyer honorary society whose membership is limited,
representing less than one-half one percent of American lawyers and is by
invitation only.
